no one gives us good renters any props.the bad ones mess it up for all of us,and I did pay rent. and his home will never sell. I posted an ad about a house that needs work,but I'm willing to get help doing so,for those who are homeless but have income. please read it.

well I'm staying on my cousins couch,which now they are being evicted.So I'm in a rut. I found a Nice Huge house for sale I can buy, But I need help comming up with the down payment. I was thinking on opening up the extra 4 rooms upstairs for those who need temp.housing,at a low cost until they get on their feet. But I have to come up with $5,000.00 down. I was hoping to find someone that could help me with this down payment,the state isn't helping me and I live on disability. Maybe someone could help for a good cause. I want to live in the bottom and rent out the upstairs.The house does need to be remodeled,but I cannot beat the price. They want $20,000. for it. And it it a HUGE place. I dont have internet access at home, But I can check now and then at the library. Or if anyone interested,I can be reached at 231-668-5039. This would help alot of people. So please help if someone can.

well I pretty much have everything I own packed and in storage. Looks like myself and my pup will be living in my tent. I gave most of what I owned away to numerous people off yahoo groups in my area,and it made the load a little smaller. But it would be great finding a place to live. I jsut found out that the reson my cousin wants me out,is because he's trying to sell the house. I've tried making a deal with him on Me buying it, it has been in our family for over 60 yrs.And Myself and fiance' put alot of time and most of my money into this place.his mortgage is $28,000.00   But he will not contact me. So be it, let it rot I guess. Because no one else is going to put their money into something that needs so much. In this area where there's nothing.

So I'm hoping for the best,and pray for warm weather,And I hope I find something soon.

Instead of trying to worry about how much to help, why not just help someone who needs it. No one can say How much someone needs unless you're that person. People are to busy trying to find resources, than trying to help the people around them,that are in need right now. If everyone One person, Helped One other person, and it kept going around, This world Would be a much better,easier place to be in.

Instead of families having 5 cars,sell all but one, Help people around you. *Not your personally* Byl, but just the idea. If someone owns houses,but leave them empty. Get ahold of the owners,and get them to rent them out to homeless people for the work the place may need. Let people try to find a job,then have them pay so much a month for rent. But people would rather let their property sit and rot,then give anyone a break.

It's rough on EVERYONE, So the people that can afford to, HELP others...Just do it!!

I feel for you. I lost my daughter 15 yrs ago,she was 22 months old,my drunk landlord at that time,drove through my yard and ran her over. It killed my soul. My life has been hectic ever since. I have 3 other children,they are all on their own now,and we're not real close anymore. I've tried counseling,but it didn't work. What works for me is talking to people,that have been through the same situation as we have,losing a child is the hardest thing a person has to deal with.I still have a hard time dealing with it.My mind is so messed up I forget alot,I can't think,racing thoughts. But I think if you have some support from others like us,it might help.

about your van,maybe there's a state program where you live,that could help you get it fixed?

I hear ya, there are so many people in need and the government doesn't do their best by us. There are so many abandoned homes,for those looking for housing,why don't they help by donating,or selling these homes for a Really low cost. I live in Michigan,and it's  hard as he** here. The poor are being pushed out and we can't live in the woods,or on the streets,So what are we to do. Maybe people in the same communities could get together, the ones who are looking for homes,who are low income. put money together and buy housing units together. The old air force base here has so many empty homes,and they do nothing with them.

I wish the best for everyone,and hope there's a change for the better for our sakes.

I'm scared of where I am going to live,and take my belongings.I have a dog that keeps me sane,and I'm worried about why there is no immidiate(spelling) help.
